We may handle account details, name, mobile number, email address, professional or learner profile information, teaching context, classes, services, bookings, submissions, communications, support requests, subscription records, and technical security information.

Where payments are enabled, the payment provider processes payment credentials. TEARN keeps transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, and accounting records needed to operate the service, but should not receive or store your full card details.

Information is used to create and protect accounts; provide TeachX and LearnX features; connect authorized teachers and learners; operate trials, subscriptions, bookings, learning progress, and notifications; provide support; prevent misuse; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability.

Teachers, institutions, and parents must enter learner information only when they have a lawful basis and appropriate authority. Connected learners can access only information specifically shared with their authorized account. The platform uses ownership and connection checks to isolate private student records.

AI features are optional and credit-controlled. Context sent to an AI provider is limited to what is needed for the requested task. Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts. Generated work remains a draft for teacher review and is not an automated educational decision.

Information may be shared with infrastructure, email, notification, AI, analytics, support, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service, under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by valid law or to protect users and the platform.

Records are retained only for operational, security, accounting, dispute, and legal needs. Retention periods vary by record type. TEARN uses access controls, secure sessions, validation, audit records, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or assistance with your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or accounting purposes. Submit a request through the Contact page.

We may update this notice as the products, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated appropriately and may require renewed acceptance.
