Terms of Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your mobile number and PIN secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Public signup is for teacher, mentor, and learner accounts; administrative access is separately controlled.

If you use the platform for a child or on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority and permissions required to do so.

TeachX provides professional tools for educators, including Save Time and Earn More. LearnX helps learners discover teachers, services, and published learning programs. Features marked Coming Soon are not part of the currently available service.

Teachers remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, offering, price, availability, materials, and delivery. Learners and parents remain responsible for assessing suitability before booking or enrolling.

Current TeachX plans are Free, Starter and Pro. Free access has no expiry, and no new trial period is advertised. Historical trials and paid terms remain governed by their recorded conditions. A paid plan activates only after the user knowingly completes an enabled payment process. Subscription provides tools and infrastructure, not guaranteed jobs, leads, admissions, income or commission.

AI features use plan-based credits. Credits are usage allowances, have no cash value, and may be subject to expiry or plan limits shown in the product. Generated output must be reviewed by the teacher before classroom use.

Where marketplace booking or payment is enabled, the displayed service terms, schedule, amount, and applicable fees form part of the transaction. Direct arrangements outside an enabled platform flow are between the relevant users and may not receive platform payment protection.

Subscription and transaction cancellation or refund treatment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity; upload malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; evade access or payment controls; impersonate another person; or misuse learner information.

You retain rights you hold in content you create or upload. You grant TEARN the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to operate the service. You must have permission to use third-party text, images, recordings, or other material.

TeachX Guru, LearnX Guru, platform software, branding, and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

TEARN may review, hide, pause, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, reviews, or content where reasonably required for safety, security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach. Serious or repeated misuse may result in termination.

The platform is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability or a particular educational, commercial, examination, or income outcome is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material policy changes will be communicated through an appropriate platform or contact channel. Continued use after an effective update may require renewed acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
